Little Women

Little Women is the novel Which narrates a lovely and heart-rending story of four sisters who are bubbly,energetic and full of hopes,dreams and exploits.The four young girls like other girls have a natural yearning for worldly possessions.They desire to help others even when they don’t even when they don’t have much themselves.It is indeed remarkable.In fact,the storyline in the novel is loosely based on the author’s childhood experiences with her three sisters.Mrs.March and her daughters suffer many hardships because of the war and their poverty,but try to be happy by performing charitable services for neighbours,staging home theatricals and attending parties.The novel closes with the whole family together in Jo’s apple orchard,reflecting on their lives and how they each have everything they need.
