Noddy Goes to the Fair

The wind has a mind of its own in this Enid Blyton book. It blows Noddy's hat into a field where a rather biligerent goat resides but Bumpy Dog successfully gets it back for Noddy. And so, as a reward, Noddy lets Bumpy Dog ride with him in the car all morning. He learns of the fair in town from Miss Fluffy-Cat and decides to go. He leaves the car with Bumpy Dog in it and steps out for a moment only to return to find the car empty and Mr. Plod threatening to lock the car up for a week! But Noddy must take Tessie Bear to the fair and he needs his car to do so. What will Noddy think of? Will he successfully take Tessie Bear to the fair while evading capture from Mr. Plod?
